Letters have been issued to the relevant clubs advising that the respective coaches who have  not been disclosure checked have now been removed from the register of coaches and requesting the return of their wall diplomas and blazer badges.

New Legislation coming in over next few months.  It will become law in 2010 for "anyone working with children or vulnerable adults in a care capacity whether " paid or unpaid " without a disclosure and is found to be on a "prohibited list " will commit an offence as will the employer.
